Please do not allow a loop hole in the "do-not-call" list providing for pre-recorded messages. A pre-recorded message still makes my phone ring and disturbs my family (ie a sleeping baby). Our phone has never been quieter since the do-not-call list went into affect, and I would like to keep it that way. Thank You, Neil Macneale
