I came across the following story at the Chicago Sun-Times, which begins "The agency overseeing the national Do Not Call Registry is considering opening a loophole to allow companies to deliver 'pre-recorded message telemarketing." Please do not consider changing the rules. I believe the DNC Registry has been a wonderful thing. I enjoy my evenings free of telemarketers. Do not slide back. Thank you
