I think this is absurd. What part of DO NOT CALL do you not understand? You will completely destroy this wonderful law if you start introducing these kinds of "loopholes". I am totally against this. I cannot even begin to tell you how nice it has been to have stopped receiving these kinds of calls since being put on the do-not-call list. Recorded calls are even worse, because you are forced to listen to them to try to figure out how to get them to stop calling. For the first time in years I am able to have a published telephone number so that people can find me without fear that I'm going to wind up on some telemarketing list. DON'T YOU DARE SCREW UP THIS LAW with crap like this.
