Phone advertisement was out of control for a time, and it has been nice not getting phone calls at 12 midnight asking if I want to do refinance my house over and over again. If it becomes pre-recorded then it trully will be chaso because a computer has no mind of time, and how many phone calls will be made from 11PM to 6AM. This is a huge disturbance. And as a side note, because its automated, we can't even yell at the person. And just like telamarkters it will be several calls a day. Because its cheaper, there will be alot more people using this, and just let it run non stop on more then one phone line. Making it so no time is safe, and millions of calls a day to ever city. It not very smart.
