Comments:
The proposed amendement allowing for prerecorded messages by telemarketers should not be allowed. This activity will create the same type of disturbance as any other telemarketing call. It is obvious that individuals who sign up for the no call lists do not want any type of telemarketing calls- live or prerecorded. It is time for the Commission to listen to the majority of Americans, who do not want to be harassed by telemarketers, and not to bow to the telemarketing lobby.
