I welcomed the new telemarketing rules. I am NOT in favor of watering down the rules. Since the implementation of the Do not call list, I now do not get very many disturbing phone calls-and I enjoy this. To me, it is the same for someone to disturb me using a recording or a person. Please DO NOT amend this rule.
