This is an agregous, blatent, mistrust of the intent of this program. I'm on a do not call list and that is exactly what I expect the FTC to use this list for.... Don't Call ME. I don't want pre-recorded messages of any type for any reason! I want the FTC to stand up for once and respect the privacy of the citizens that it is supposed to be protecting. Letting pre-recorded messages through is just as bad as having to talk to someone. You still have to answer the phone at dinner and be interrupted while spending quality time with your family to answer a pre-recorded message.... This absolutely doesn't make any sense! Stop this insanity and protect the american consumer from unwanted telephone calls. There should be no "loophole" for others to attempt to walk through. Fix this issue and continue the strong stance that has been established with the do not call list!
