Please do not enact the above change to the Do Not Call act, as it will open the door to anyone who has ever sent me a catalogue (requested or not) to plague me with endless calls. Since there will be no-one to ask to take me off their list (it's automated, after all), I would have to listen to the entire message just to find out how to get off the list. The 2 things together (tenuous relationship and no live operator) will combine to ensure that the barrage of telemarketing will resume. Please don't enact this change
