Comments:
I signed up for the federal Do Not Call list because I was being swamped with telemarketing calls and because I pay for my phone line for personal use, not as a reciever for advertisements. Opening up the restrictions for pre-recorded messages is a terrible idea because I cant even tell someone I do not wish to recieve this type of call; a computer delivers the message and moves onto the next victim. This will be just as bad as the political phone calls I recieve that I can not exclude myself from. Please do not let corporate interests/money erase the privacy that the federal Do Not Call list has provided me.
