To whom it may concern, The effort to open a loophole in the "Do Not Call" list so that telemarketers can once again reach people via the telephone is one of the most idiotic gestures that the FTC has done. Millions of hours and dollars has been put into the list, and in one sweeping move, you will be destroying any good that came across because of it. I am curious as to whether you people in the FTC work for the public good, or for the private interests. Please reconsider your actions. -D. Crosby
