I do not want any lightening of the restrictions on pre-recorded calls. In fact, I'd rather see a more stringent requirements for abandoned calls, or better yet, a list I could sign up for NO PRE-RECORDED MESSAGES FROM ANYONE, even for those companies which think they have a business relationship with me.
