How could anyone think that people want to be annoyed with pre-recorded phone messages? Certainly not me. If this action is taken to roll back protection from telemarketers, greed triumphs. A "previous business relationship" does not mean I want to hear from them! People who are able to THINK are able to determine what their needs are, and are able to seek them out; they do not need any organization hawking wares or services.
