A no call list is a no call list. in the uk, we have a rule which allows for pre-recorded messages, and "coustermer feedback". They are even worse than normall SPAM calls, are extreemly annoying, and should not be allowed to happen if your name's on a no-call list. otherwisethe list is meainless
