Comments:I feel strongly that a telephone installed in a home is strictly for private and exclusive use by the purchasing party. I believe the current law is weak in permitting commercial incoming marketing calls where there is a prior business relationship. Therefore, I am against any ammendment which would further an invasion of privacy. I am purplexed that the FTC would even consider permitting prerecorded call activity even within the bounds of a prior business relationship.
