I am strongly opposed to adding a provision to the Do-Not-Call Act that would allow marketers with a pre-established relationship with me to call with a pre-recorded message. As it is not even a person, it is impossible to say "remove me from this list." These phonecalls are disruptive and irritating. Thanks for standing up for my rights rahter than the rights of mass-marketers.
