I am absolutely opposed to changing the rules to the Do Not Call Registry which would allow businesses to deliver pre- recorded message telemarketing to home telephones. Since being on the Do Not Call Registry, I enjoy NOT getting many telemarketing calls. Especially with prerecorded calls, you cannot tell the caller what you think about their invasive practice, and I don't want any more of that.
