This is completely unacceptable. Precorded calls invariably tie up the line, and, as per usual, companies who harass citizens with phone calls will find a way to get around the "previously established relationship" issue. I have enjoyed peace and quiet for a change since the Do Not Call List was put into place (excepting the barrage of harassment from politicians prior to November 2nd). I do NOT wish this exception to see the light of day. Thank you.
