I am fully against this change. Instead of loosening the regulation I feel it needs to be made stricter. I don't think charities should be allowed to call in the middle of Dinner either with uninformed call center personal working on their behalf. I gotten calls from "charities" where the caller can tell me what the charity does, but they can ask for my "support." The problem with the proposal is that credit card companies are using the "established business relationship" loop hole to try to call and sell all kinds of products that are not directly related to the credit account. The proposal will just make the situation worse!!
