What public feedback has the commision received that would make it think it appropriate to weaken the provisions of the Telemarket Sales Rule? If anything, I still receive far too many unsolicited calls under the 'business relationship' umbrella. That particular umbrella has already been stretched beyond reason; this amendment will merely punch holes in its already dubious shelter. I recommend against this amendment.
