I have signed up for the 'do not call' list because I do not wish to get any (absolutely ANY) marketing calls - I have not requested and will not request any company to call me with absolutely ANYTHING. Allowing any provisional changes to the 'do not call' list rules would result in more annoying calls when companies utilize loopholes in the rule to make more un-solicited calls. Please do not let this happen. The do-not-call should be what it says it is - unconditionally, 'do not call'
