I wish to express my STRONGEST POSSIBLE OPPOSITION to the proposed rule changes outlined in Prerecorded Message EBR Telemarketing, Project No. R411001. During the month preceeding the 2004 Presidential election, we were barraged with these types of calls, sadly permitted under existing legislation. It was a tremendous nuisance. I do not wish to receive telephone calls from a machine for marketing purposes under any circumstances. Thank you.
