This goes completely against the grain of the original intent of "do not call list". Pre-recorded messages are no better than live operators and will in fact result in more calls at all hours of the day and night. It will make it way to easy to set machines up to call 20 times in a row (an extreme example I know). Please DO NOT implement this change.
