Leave well enough alone. Do not pass any amendments opening the door again to telemarketers. You won't need the " do not call law " at all if you pass this amendment. We'll be bothered to opt out by the telemarketers which creates another nuisance. It seems the public is never at peace. This amendment should not even have been considered.
