Absolutely not. If any change is contemplated, the Do-Not-Call list should be optionally expanded to opt out of political campaign calls after my experience last month. Prerecorded messages are a NUISANCE. If the business can't be troubled to put a human on the line, then my "established relationship" with them is not as valuable as the time I wasted answering the phone.
