I do not want any telemarketers calling me ever, under any circumstances. In that I pay for on air time, whether an incoming or outgoing call, I feel no entity other than myself should be able to use this time. If I have a business arrangement with a company, I already know what they are peddling,and I'm not interested in them telling me again.
