I have enjoyed having my phone used for what it was intended, communicating with my family and friends. Allowing "loopholes" in the Do Not Call registry will start the annoying phone ring interuptions. I do not respond to phone call solicitation and will consider it and major inconvience to answer the phone for such, even if it is recorded. Please, do not allow this loop hole in the registry. Thanks.
