I do not want my information made accessible to telemarketers for any reason. I do not appreciate attempts to create loopholes such as this proposed rule will facilitate. This is my letter of protest to this underhanded attempt at introducing undue misery to me by allowing telemarketers access to my personal information. Given that I had made this effort to opt-out of unwanted and undesired solicitation, I hope that you would respect my decision to get on the do-not-call list by not proceeding with this loophole.
