My personal preference is to keep the 'do not call list' as is. Do not use a loophole to allow telemarketers to send previously recorded voicemail messages to my phone. Even companies I do business with do not need to bombard me with unwanted telephone messages. When I need to buy products or services I go to the store, or the yellow pages or the internet I do not need a barrage of voice mail messages urging me to buy. It has been quite a pleasant year without the interruption, specially at diner time, of all those annoying telemarketing calls. Please keep it that way.
