I certainly do NOT want this proposed amendment to be enacted! The thought of all the 'spam' on my answering machine is dreadful. It will clog up the answering machines, so the important calls cannot be recorded. Nor do I wish to be gotten up from the dinner table to listen to a recorded message! I am on the 'Do Not Call' list for a reason. Please don't change it!
