Comments:
I am against any telemarketing calls to my home or business. I DO NOT PAY FOR SERVICE TO HAVE IT USED FOR THE INTEREST OF OTHERS. The exemption for established business relationship is so general that many parties can claim it and, therefore, dilutes the effectiveness of the DO-NOT-CALL list. RECORDED CALLS are the more offensive . . . the marketers don't even have to pay a person to place them! I don't think there should be exceptions (political or other), either. If it's marketing, let them buy an ad in the media!
