Hello, Widening the loop hole to allow for automated messages is bad because it puts the onus on the call reciever to free himself from the call. With a human you can say "Stop, take me off your list", but a message you have to wait for, then call a number back, then wait, then find someone, and say "Stop, take me off your list". Phones don't exist explicitly to allow people to solicit me.
