Please do not implement this change. It will simply open the door for anyone to once again harass people in their homes. I have had companies send me unsolicited mail through the post office (i.e. normal mail) and they then used that as a means to say that "we have an established business relationship with you" and are therefore entitled to call me a millions times per year. You all need to understand that consumers do not want these kinds of intrusions into their homes and the mere fact that we had to go all the way to the federal government to obtain a do not call list should speak very strongly as to what consumers wishes are.
