Comments:This is a HORRIBLE idea. It goes against the inheirant purpose of the Do-Not-Call list in that companies will be allowed, once again, to freely disturb the public at will with pre-recorded messages to which you don't even have the ability to tell a person never to call again. Whomever came up with this idea should be released from the FTC immediatly as he/she obviously does not have the American people in mind and is, instead, lining their own pockets with this sort of a motion.
