I signed up for the Do Not Call list because I did not want to receive ANY phone solicitations. The list currently allows some exemptions which already generates too many unwanted calls, the last thing I want is to receive even more. Nor do I want to waste my time trying to chase down authority figures in companies in order to opt-out of potentially expanded calling lists. That is unaceptable. I think that the popularity of the Do Not Call list when it first debuted speaks volumes about how tired the public was of receiving telephone solicitations, and I doubt the public is interested in seeing the protections they enthusiastically embraced watered down so that they can be hassled more. Do not change the Do Not Call list exemptions, unless it is to restrict them even more. Thank you.
