Comments:
It is theft to allow telemarketing. It steals the time I need to spend with clients and customers getting business issues resolved. In the technology field, I must have the office line forwarded to my phone. If pre-recorded messages are allowed to infiltrate the no-call list, my time and money will be waisted as these idoitic messages will bombard the office and my phone.
