I have read that there is the possibility of the do not call list being opened to marketers for pre recorded messages. DO NOT try and make concessions. The people have spoken, and they don't want to talk to people, and they especially don't want to talk to recordings. I signed up to not be called, Do we need a "REALLY do not call" and "Sort of do not call?", the answer is no, Do Not Call, means DO NOT CALL.
