In re: Proposed change to Do-Not-Call List I believe that opening a "loop-hole" in the Do Not Call list program to allow telemarketer's pre-recorded messages defeats the spirit and purpose of the List. In this day and age, where the average consumer is bombarded continuously with advertisement and harrasment by such companies, the Do Not Call list is the consumer's last option to curb such tactics by telemarketing firms. In summary, this comment is vehemently against opening the List to pre-recorded messages from telemarketing firms.
