I am totally opposed to the amendment to the Telemarketing Sales Rule as written. "No call" should continue to mean "no call". People who wish to receive such calls can always opt to remain off the no-call list. Those of us for whom the no-call list has proven a tremendous blessing do not want it diluted in any way.
