I believe this is a bad idea. I signed up for the do not call list because I do not want to be interrupted by telemarketers. I do not want to receive calls from sales people. I do not want to receive calls from machines. I do not want to be interrupted by a telemarketer at any time of the day. I pay for my phone service. I believe I should have the right to say that I do not want the service for which I pay to be used to annoy me or interrupt my family's peace and quiet. Please, no loopholes for telemarketers.
