Dear Commissioners, I strongly object to this proposal. One reason I have subscribed to the 'do not call' registry is specifically because I do not want to receive phone calls from any agency or corporation, even ones with which I have an existing relationship. To allow this 'loophole' defeats the entire purpose of the registry. Thank you.
