I don't like the idea that these rules could be amended. I have been on the DoNotCall list for more than one year and I have enjoyed not being solicited all day. I work from home and it is a huge annoyance to inturupt my day with sales calls. I don't want pre-recorded calls to fit through a loophole. The proposed changes will be a crack in the floodgates which will burst back open again if the rules are not vigialntly guarded. I URGE YOU....LOOK OUT FOR THE CONSUMER.
