I think this proposed change is absolutely ridiculous! You should be toughing up the do not call list against such things like political calls and nonprofits, not opening up a loophole! Who do you serve, the public or the corporations who donate to the political campaigns for the president and congress? If this change goes through against what will quite obviously be overwhelming opposition, the answer will be clear!
