Regarding the proposed amendment to allow calls with a prerecorded message... NO. NO. NO. We the people signed up for the Do-Not-Call list with the express desire to not be needlessly bothered in our homes and personal time. We entrust the FTC with the regulatory powers necessary to provide us with safe and proper business practices, and it is the FTC's duty to not allow this horrible proposal. It is in my opinion that any such amendment is entirely against the original intent of the rules and would render it a farce; a lie to the American people from corrupt businesses and a corrupt government. I urge you to do what is right. Keep the List relavent.
