This is absolutely unacceptable. Why did millions of Americans sign up to be on the Do Not Call list? It was so they would not receive annoying unsolicited phone calls while they were sitting down, having dinner with their families. And now this amendment proposes to allow automated messages to do the exact same thing? We've all received these messages before and they are even more aggravating than those with humans on the other end. No one likes spam (unsolicited messages) in their email -- please do not allow this loophole to allow Americans who have already stated that they don't want unsolicited phone calls to now receive automated telephone spam. Thank you, -Charlie Bebber
