As a voter and a taxpayer, I say NO to the addition of this loophole. I am already unhappy at the loopholes that exist for charities, and I do NOT wish to have any additional loopholes to be opened for telemarketers. The do-not-call list has been effective from my point of view, and in my opinion, the law exists to server ME as a taxpayer and consumer, and I resent any attempt to subvert this. Consider me strongly AGAINST such a proposal, and if any of this is approved, please note that I will strongly petition my elected representatives in Congress of the need to have this reversed, and the need for existing loopholes to be closed as well.
