I am completely against such a measure, and I am angry that a loophole like this would ever be proposed. Didnt you hear the people rally behind the origional do-no-call list? Dont you remember millions of people signing up for the list on the first few days? Why would you think people would accept something like this that would allow them to be harrassed again? I will not accept this proposal, and I doubt few others will too. Be smart, dont ruin such a good thing by allowing this horrible travesity to occur. Thank you.
