I do not want any form of contact from telemarketers. This is why I opted to be on the do-not-call list. The considered change goes against all that users wanted with the original do-not-call list. I've seen too often that once companies are given a loop-hole in the legislation, they will abuse it to their hearts content. Please do not sell out to the telemarketers and take to heart that people do not want to be annoyed by them. Keep the legislature as is -- no contact at all.
