Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales RIN 3084-0098 16 CFR Part 310. Thank you for allowing us to make comments on this proposal. I do not support this change to the rules of the no call list to 'create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship.' It doesn't matter if 'established business relationship'. I work odd hours and don't think I should have to leave my phone unplugged because some one wants to sell me something. It is an intrusion!! The no call list has been a godsend and should not be changed to allow this. I pay the phone bill, not them!! This make me angry just thinking about it. What do people have to do to have peace and quite from telemarketers in their own home. Get rid of the phone completely?? I guess there isn't much more I can say but: NO, NO, NO,... !!! Thank you
