This is a TERRIBLE idea. Prerecorded voice-mail telemarketing is extremely annoying. Before the Do-Not-Call list went into effect, I was being bombarded with it constantly. I am SO glad it was stopped. This form of advertising is simply unacceptable, whether the company doing it has an established business relationship with me or not. I am extremely annoyed that the FTC is considering opening the floodgates again, after the DNC list was so successful at stopping the waves of ads.
