I am pleased with the impact the DNCL is making on my telephone. I know when the phone rings 90% of the time it is for my little sister. But why, when such a progressive construct has been made, would anyone, without monetary interests, wish to erode it? I ask this wishing only that the DNCL could have blocked those annoying pre-recorded campaign calls. In fact I'd like to see pre-recorded calls of all kinds, regardless of the calling institution to be blocked. If one wishes to place a call to me, the very least one can do is have a live person at the other end to talk to.
